Horrible app

Purchased from App Store on 7/21/14. Attempted to import songs from iTunes to Ampliflac numerous times without success. Sent an email inquiry regarding difficulty on 7/22/14 and again on 7/24/14. To date, no replies to inquiry, issue not resolved, and wishing I found something else to waste $10 on. To send a review, a star rating was required and since a zero star rating was not possible, a one star unwarranted rating was given.
